Sapphire Marketing Inc. is launching its concert series, the SOUL-Cal Experience in the beautiful City of Redlands at the historic Redlands Bowl with a one-day music festival on Saturday, September 4th, 2021. Fans will experience great music, good food and art reveal by world-renowned artist Charles Bibbs.
Performing live in concert is Noel Gourdin, DW3, Mark Allen Felton aka Panther, the lovely songstress Leela James and the legendary group WAR. The event host is radio personality BAM from Old School 104.7fm
